We were approached to create a custom website for the recruitment agency Andrew Paulsen.
The goal was to develop a multilingual website that runs on multiple domains, each featuring a different language and unique content. The website includes an interactive calculator for wage calculations and comparisons, helping users determine when it is more beneficial to work as a freelancer versus under an employment contract.
On the Andrew Paulsen website, we created a wage calculator where each visitor can find out the average salary for a specific IT position. The calculator is fully configurable from the web administration.
We developed a comparator that allows website visitors to determine when it is more advantageous to work as a freelancer (IČO) versus under an employment contract (HPP). The comparator is fully adjustable from the web administration, so even with changes in tax parameters, the client can make the adjustments without the need for a programmer.
The website is designed to run on multiple domains, each with different language versions and unique content. To meet this requirement, a custom content management system (CMS) was created for managing the website's content.
We created and implemented all the required features for the web presentation. Additionally, we developed a custom content management system (CMS) tailored to the needs of website management, allowing the client to manage most of the content independently, without needing a programmer's intervention.
We also had to implement correct routing for multiple domains and proper content display according to the client's requirements. Throughout the development process, we responded flexibly to changes in the specifications that the client wished to implement.
