Our goal of the game

A client approached us with a request to develop an internal portal designed for large companies. This portal is intended for comparing the prices and tariffs of electricity, gas, and industrial gases. The project's goal was to enable customers to easily view spot prices as well as their current purchase prices of energy. Another key requirement was to create an encrypted storage solution for contracts and documents, allowing users to have all important information neatly organized in one place.

What we had to solve

Integration with the Bank

For easier, faster, and fully automated management of incoming payments from users, we integrated with FIO Bank. The application automatically checked incoming payments and matched them to issued invoices based on variable symbols.

Advanced User Account Management

We implemented an advanced user account management system that allows for different rules and permissions for various types of users. This system is tailored to the scope of ordered services, ensuring that each user has access only to the functions and information relevant to them.

Security and Encryption of Uploaded Contracts

We ensured a high level of security and encryption for all uploaded contracts and documents. Thanks to the encrypted storage, users can be confident that their sensitive information is protected and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Our solution in practice

For our client, we developed a comprehensive modular web portal with a responsive and user-friendly interface. We integrated various types of user accounts and permissions, allowing precise access control. Integration with FIO Bank was implemented for automated payment processing, significantly simplifying financial operations. The website is available in both English and Czech, with the capability to easily add additional languages.

To ensure high data throughput, we employed a microservices architecture. The server-side component is also prepared for future expansion to include a mobile application if needed. The overall solution is designed to be flexible and easily scalable, providing our client with a robust tool for energy price management and monitoring.
