Consent to the processing of personal data

You hereby give consent to CoreApp Technologies s.r.o., with its registered office at Nové sady 988/2 602 00, Brno - Staré Brno, ID No.: 11725575, registered in the public register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno under file number C 124473 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”):

• Name and surname / Company name
• Email
• Phone number

The name, surname, company name, phone number, and email can be processed based on the consent you have given and are necessary for the purpose of contacting you and processing the offer. These data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 2 years.

You give your explicit consent to the above processing. Providing personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example, by sending an email or letter to the company's contact details found here.

The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively by the Controller.

Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time,
• request information about what personal data we process about you and request a copy of these data,
• request access to these data and have them updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing,
• request the deletion of these personal data,
• data portability,
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or take legal action.
